Cem has executed major portfolio integration projects that cut across multiple countries. He has also helped successful start-ups in the healthcare, real estate, and telecommunications industries to build their go-to-market strategies and their launch plans, and to develop their internal processes.

Prior to joining TandemVision, Omer acted as independent management consultant, serving large corporations directly and helping global consulting companies. He is a specialist of the Telecommunications and Media industries, but has also consulted for the Retail, Technology, FMCG and Industrial Goods sectors. Omer led and successfully delivered projects in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa, spanning a wide variety of service lines, including but not limited to corporate due diligence, market entry strategies, value proposition development, product design and implementation, business process re-engineering, business unit performance improvement and transformation programme management.
PhD, CMC, is a Professor of Business and Management, management consultant and a Director of a research group at one of the Universities in central London. Vlatka has been acting as a consultant for a variety of private and public companies, as well as having held various academic research and lecturing posts in England, Holland and Croatia. She has developed the Performance Ecosystem, an innovative holistic diagnostic tool that helps organisations improve performance, engagement and innovation. Serdar has extensive experience in the evaluation of competitive market environments, positioning and evolution trends, product development, pricing and market research in several Middle Eastern and CIS markets.
